Cancellation Policy


Please note our cancellation policy before completing your booking.

Should you wish to discuss cancelling your visit, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. Any request to cancel your stay must be submitted in writing or by email. Phone calls are acceptable to discuss but we may ask you to email us to confirm this is what you want to happen. Ideally this email should come from the same email used at the time of booking your stay.

  • If a booking is made in error, or any amends are needed, please ensure you contact us with details within 24 hours. We will review any requests to cancel or amend on a case by case basis.

  • For cancellations made more than 14 days before your arrival date, we will retain payment for the first night’s stay (in the case of one night bookings, this will mean unfortunately we will retain payment for the stay. For longer stays, a refund will be granted for any nights paid for beyond the first night)

  • Any cancellations made 14 days or closer to your arrival date are non-refundable.

  • AberGlamping reserve the right to re-let at a discounted rate (especially if the cancellation is at short notice) or for a shorter period if we cannot re-let the whole period. 

  • Non-arrival guests, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their monies paid. 

  • AberGlamping reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control or if in the reasonable opinion of AberGlamping, it is necessary to undertake essential works at the property. In these unlikely circumstances, AberGlamping will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative holiday. If no such alternative holiday is agreed between us, then we will refund in full all money received by us for the booking. AberGlamping will not otherwise be liable for any loss incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.

  • Early departure does not warrant any refund of payment. 

  • All refunds made will be less third party fees e.g. Stripe, Paypal, Cool Camping, Pitch Up etc.

As with any other holiday, we strongly advise that you take out appropriate travel insurance cover for your holiday in case you have to cancel your booking for any reason.
