Lambing time is our favourite time of year! We love seeing new life enter the world and we love to share this with our visitors.

You can stay right here on the farm! We have self catering holiday cottages, our stunning stargazing tents and our (brand new for 2022) beautiful bell tents.

We will have four bell tents set up so you can sleep surrounded by fields of newborn lambs!

Our Beautiful Bell Tents
Sleeping

Each of our  Bell Tents have proper mattresses and like our stargazing tents are made from thick, protective canvas keeping the warmth in without shutting the sounds of nature out.

We have four 4m tents available:

Celyn 1 & 2: Two single mattresses.

Derwen 1 & 2:  A double mattress.

Please note that bedding is not provided, you are welcome to bring your own (including a fitted sheet). If you are bringing sleeping bags rather than duvets please note you will still need to bring a fitted sheet to protect the mattress during your stay.

Cooking and Relaxing

Each tent has its own singe gas stove to use for cooking and a cool box to keep food chilled. You will need to bring all your cooking equipment and food with you.

The outdoor area also contains a firepit and chairs to enjoy the evening. Perfect for a campfire and marshmallow toasting.

The essentials

In keeping with our green eco ethos you will have access to a shared compost toilet made by a local craftsman.

There is also running water available on site.

You will also have access to the pod cawod (shower pod) during your stay. This is a shared facility at the bottom of the site.

What to do here at lambing time!
