- Check in is from 4pm, unless discussed before hand.  Please ensure that you do not arrive before your check in time (4PM). 

- We have moved to a contactless check in system to make arrival as easy for you as possible. When you receive you information email you will also get a link to a check in video explaining about your dome.

-Please either email or text 07403375213 to let us know you have arrived safely. 

- The camping and glamping field is a short walk from the carpark, we have provided wheelbarrows and trolleys to help with the transport of your bags. There is also a small stream to cross before you enter the field. When arriving please make sure you are wearing wellies or walking shoes to make your way to the site, it can get wet and muddy in the unpredictable Welsh weather.

-Checkout is by 11am on day of departure. Please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. If you do not see anyone before leaving please pop us a message to let us know you have left the site.
