- Check in is from 4pm, unless discussed before hand.  Please ensure that you do not arrive before your check in time (4PM) unless you have selected the optional extra of early check in. 

- We have moved to a contactless check in system to make arrival as easy for you as possible. When you receive you information email you will also get a link to a check in video explaining about your dome. We will also send you further information on your day of check in via Whatsapp. 

-Please either email or text 07403375213 to let us know you have arrived safely. 

- The glamping field is a short walk from the carpark (there are no cars to be on the glamping field for safety), we have provided trolleys to help with the transport of your bags. There is also a small stream to cross before you enter the field which we have built a wooden bridge over. If arriving in wet weather please make sure you are wearing suitable shoes to make your way to the site, it can get wet and muddy in the unpredictable Welsh weather.

-Checkout is by 11am on day of departure (unless you have selected the late checkout optional extra). Please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. If you do not see anyone before leaving please pop us a message to let us know you have left the site.
